Are the meal plans 100% halal?
Yes, 100%. All meal plans and food recommendations on OptimealHealth are strictly halal. We never suggest pork, alcohol, or any non-halal ingredients. Our AI is specifically trained on Gulf cuisine and halal dietary guidelines.
How does the AI nutrition coach work?
Our AI coach uses your profile (age, weight, health goals, dietary preferences) to generate personalized advice. You can ask it anything: recipes adapted to Gulf cuisine, advice for Ramadan fasting, halal keto options, protein intake for athletes, and more. Free users get 10 questions per day; Premium users get unlimited access.
Does OptimealHealth replace a doctor or dietitian?

Is there an app for iPhone and Android?
OptimealHealth is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on all devices: iPhone, Android, and desktop browsers. You can install it directly from your browser — no App Store download required. A native app is planned for 2026.
What languages does OptimealHealth support?
OptimealHealth is available in English, French, and Arabic. The Arabic version is specifically adapted for Gulf users. The AI coach can respond in all three languages.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
